Did you know…
- We have 3 halls in the Interlakes area.
- We are the largest fire department in the Cariboo Regional District.
- We have members in all 3 halls. Each member has a dedicated hall that they go to when called to an emergency, and they are trained out of that hall.
- We are an external fire department, which means we fight structure fires from the outside only.
- We:
- Range in age from 17 to 75
- Work full-time, work part-time, are self-employed, are retired
- Are men and women
- Are full-time residents and summer-only residents
- We continually train to ensure skills are up-to-date, with safety as top priority.
- We leave our homes, our work, and our families at all hours of the day to help you and your family.
